The technological process as following                             

   Production flow:  create tooling according to drawing →make sand mould → raw casting → sandblasting →rough machining or finish machining →surface treatment ,(with oil, painting or podwer coating)→product check→ packing

Quality control                                                                  

1) assay & inspect raw material

2) inspect tooling before production

3) Machinery properties and Chemical components testing after raw casting

4) Hardness checking after heat treatment (if request)

5) Dimensions checking after machining
